• Improve functional independence
• Prevent and reduce secondary complications (contractures, deformities)
• Enhance mobility, posture, and balance
• Promote participation in daily activities and social life

2. Physiotherapy Interventions:
✅ Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT): Helps improve postural control and functional movement.
✅ Strength Training & Stretching: Prevents contractures and maintains muscle flexibility.
✅ Gait Training: Use of parallel bars, walkers, and treadmill training with/without body weight support.
✅ Balance & Coordination Exercises: Improves stability and motor control.
✅ Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT): Encourages use of weaker limbs.
✅ Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES): Supports muscle activation.
✅ Orthotics & Assistive Devices: AFOs, walkers, wheelchairs for mobility and function.
✅ Hydrotherapy / Aquatic Therapy: Enhances movement with reduced joint stress.

3. Rehabilitation Approach:
• Multidisciplinary Care: Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Orthopedic surgeon, Neurologist, Psychologist.
• Home Exercise Programs: To maintain gains and involve family.
