Our students from Samskruti Group of Institutions, Hyderabad, proudly participated in the 'Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2026', a flagship program organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, under the MY Bharat initiative.

At the district level, the central theme was “50 Years of Emergency: Lessons for Indian Democracy”, marking the 50th anniversary of the Emergency period (1975-1977).

Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047, the ‘Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament’ served as a dynamic platform for young voices to participate in national discussions, foster leadership, and engage in meaningful interactions on key policy issues.

Through powerful speeches, structured debates, and passionate contributions, our students demonstrated outstanding critical thinking, articulation, leadership qualities, a profound sense of patriotism and importance of strengthening and safeguarding Indian Democracy.

It was a proud moment to see our students represent our institution with honour, contributing meaningfully to the discussions and sharing the vision of building a resilient and inclusive Viksit Bharat.

The National Youth Exchange Programme was organized by the Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab State Branch, Chandigarh, in collaboration with Lovely Professional University, Punjab, from Feb 24, 2026, to Mar 01, 2026. There were many cultural performances like Inter-College Singing Performances, Inter-University Solo Performances, and Inter-State Cultural Singing.

Our students, Ms. P. Naveena Mangatayaru, Ms. B. Akshaya, Mr. S. Anil, and Mr. P. Pavan Sai, participated enthusiastically in the Singing and Dancing competitions, proudly representing Telangana's rich culture and traditions. Their outstanding performances earned them 3rd Prize in both categories at the national level. This highlights the talent, dedication, and cultural representation from Samskruti Group of Institutions, Hyderabad.

We appreciate the students, coordinators- Ms. P. Lakshmi Kala and Mr. N. Suresh, and mentors for bringing pride to our institution and to Telangana on a national platform!

The Road Safety & Sustainable Mobility Campaign, which included Electric Vehicle Awareness and Smart Helmet Technology Demonstration, was organized by the NSS Unit, Samskruti College of Engineering and Technology, in collaboration with Ather Energy.

The event was enthusiastically attended by our respected Principal, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and students. Students also took part actively in the Ather Drive competition.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering conducted an engaging session on the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) - the world’s leading framework for scaling agile across enterprises.

The session covered topics like basics of SAFe, its role in driving organizational agility, and how it empowers innovation, efficiency, and adaptability in today's dynamic world. This was presided over by Ms. Smita Grandhi, the Co-Founder & Director, Shaka Nyora Solutions, and Executive Body Member of SMIT Group of Institutions.

It was our honor to host Ms. Smita Grandhi, who is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant, Enterprise Scaled Agile Coach with 18+ years of IT experience across Oracle and Sapient. She has led large-scale agile transformations globally and is actively working on national level skill initiatives aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047.
