By now you've all see the clip of what happened at the 22 when Chris Rock made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's alopecia, calling her GI Jane, and Will Smith's subsequent reaction. Obviously The violence was bad but the joke was done in poor taste. Alopecia is a real medical condition and one that can be devastating to patients no matter who they are and their families. If you are experiencing , please see a for evaluation. There are many causes of hair loss - is a blanket term for hair loss - and the treatment depends on the underlying cause of hair loss.
