Vaginal dryness is more common than most women admit — and it’s not just about menopause.

It can happen after childbirth, during breastfeeding, due to hormonal imbalance, stress, certain medications, or even after cancer treatments. The symptoms? Burning, irritation, discomfort during intimacy, and a constant feeling of dryness that affects confidence and quality of life.

For years, women were told to “just use lubricants.” While they may give temporary relief, they don’t always treat the underlying cause.
Today, advanced options like vaginal laser therapy are offering a more long-term solution. This non-surgical treatment works by stimulating collagen production, improving blood flow, and restoring the health and elasticity of vaginal tissues - helping the body regain its natural moisture over time.

No shame.
No silence.
No suffering in discomfort.

If you’ve been quietly adjusting your life around this issue, it may be time to explore treatments that actually restore tissue health — not just mask the symptoms.

Because intimate health is health. And you deserve comfort, confidence, and care at every stage of life. 🤍

Thyroid changes during pregnancy are common and important to monitor.

During pregnancy, your body needs more thyroid hormones to support both you and your baby. If hormone levels are insufficient, TSH rises to stimulate the thyroid. Sometimes, pregnancy can also reveal a previously silent thyroid imbalance.

If untreated, high TSH may increase the risk of miscarriage and pregnancy complications. The good news is that with early diagnosis and proper treatment, thyroid imbalance can be managed safely.

Equally important - recheck TSH levels 6 weeks after delivery. In many women, levels return to normal, and medicines can be stopped under medical guidance.

Right monitoring at the right time helps ensure a healthy pregnancy and recovery. 🤍

When habits feel impossible to change, sometimes facts speak louder than words.

That iconic smoking scene from Arjun Reddy may look intense - but in real life, smoking silently damages s***m DNA. This damage is measured by the S***m DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index) test.

Higher DFI means the s***m may look normal, but its genetic quality is affected—leading to lower chances of pregnancy, poor embryo development, and even miscarriage risk.

Many men don’t realize the impact until they see their own report. Awareness creates accountability. And often, that single test becomes the turning point toward better fertility, better health, and a better future.

How many eggs should you really eat in a day? 🍳

Protein is essential - especially if you are focusing on fitness, muscle building, or overall health. But more is not always better. The recommended protein intake is around 1 gram per kg of body weight, and in some cases, it can go up to 1.5 grams per kg with proper hydration and medical guidance.

Eggs are an excellent natural source of high-quality protein, but balance is key. Instead of blindly increasing intake, track your nutrition, choose natural protein sources, and avoid over-dependence on artificial supplements.

Right nutrition is not about extremes - it’s about giving your body what it needs, safely and sustainably.

Some journeys take years… and sometimes, the right support makes all the difference.

We recently introduced the Tesla Former Chair at our center, and these early outcomes have been truly encouraging.

A patient living with severe vaginismus for 4 years had been unable to tolerate even basic examination despite counselling and guidance. Anxiety and fear had become a barrier to progress.

After just two supervised Tesla Former Chair sessions, she was able to comfortably begin dilator therapy - a milestone she had never reached before. Soon after, she achieved successful in*******se.

We are happy to share that she conceived in the same cycle.

Moments like these remind us that with the right technology, guidance, and patient-centered care, progress is possible — even in the most challenging situations.

Every patient’s journey is unique. Early intervention, the right approach, and compassionate care can open new possibilities.

IVF treatment involves precise monitoring, delicate procedures, and creating the safest possible environment for your body and your developing embryos. Small precautions during this time can make an important difference.

Hair dyes and bleach contain strong chemicals, so it’s safer to avoid them during stimulation and early pregnancy phases. Strong perfumes should also be avoided on egg retrieval and embryo transfer days, as embryos are highly sensitive to environmental factors.

Wearing jewellery during procedures is discouraged for safety and medical accuracy. Similarly, nail varnish or acrylic nails should be avoided because doctors and monitoring devices often rely on nail beds to assess oxygen levels and circulation.

These precautions are simple, temporary, and important steps to support a smooth IVF cycle.

Your focus during IVF should be on protecting your body, supporting implantation, and giving your treatment the best possible chance of success.

If your AMH value is low, don’t panic.

Your AMH test is important - but it’s only part of the picture.

A Transvaginal Ultrasound helps us check the Antral Follicle Count (AFC), which shows how many follicles are present in your ovaries. This gives a clearer and more accurate understanding of your ovarian reserve.

Sometimes, AMH levels may appear low, but your AFC may tell a more reassuring story. That’s why both AMH and AFC must always be evaluated together - not in isolation.

Fertility assessment is not about one number. It’s about understanding your body completely and making decisions based on the full picture.

The right diagnosis leads to the right plan. And the right plan leads to better outcomes.

What you eat while trying to conceive has a direct impact on your hormones, egg quality, ovulation, and overall fertility. Small, consistent food choices can create the right internal environment for a healthy pregnancy.

Including nutrient-dense foods like eggs, leafy greens, and dal daily provides essential protein, iron, folate, and vitamins that support hormone balance and egg health. Weekly additions like fatty fish, chickpeas, rajma, and sweet potatoes provide omega-3, fiber, and antioxidants that improve reproductive health.

At the same time, highly processed foods like fries, burgers, and pizza should be limited to occasional intake. Frequent consumption of such foods can increase inflammation, affect insulin balance, and negatively impact fertility over time.

Fertility is not built in a day - it is built through consistent habits. Eating right most of the time can make a meaningful difference in your chances of conceiving and supporting a healthy pregnancy.

Your fertility begins with what’s on your plate.

Not every addiction is harmful. Some addictions restore confidence, comfort, and quality of life.

Procedures like O-Shot, G-Shot, labial fillers, labiaplasty, and vaginoplasty are not just cosmetic - they can help address concerns related to intimacy, structural changes after childbirth, aging, or personal comfort.

For many women, these treatments are about feeling like themselves again - physically and emotionally. Every procedure is performed with proper evaluation, safety, and individualized care.

Because women’s health is not just about treating problems — it’s about improving overall well-being and confidence.

Supplements are everywhere today - from gym routines to daily wellness habits. But an important question remains: are they truly safe for your kidneys?

Not all supplements have the same impact. Excessive or unnecessary use, especially without medical guidance, can put extra strain on kidney function. More is never better when it comes to supplements.

Protein supplements in moderation may be acceptable for some individuals, but relying on natural dietary sources is always safer and more beneficial. Understanding what your body truly needs — and avoiding excess - is key to protecting long-term kidney health.

Moderation, awareness, and informed choices can make all the difference.
