Using TWO monitors
Patient is having only one functional kidney
With large kidney stones
Stones has to be removed in one sitting with minimal damage to the kidney as patient has got multiple comorbid conditions like diabetes, obesity etc. and not tolerable to second surgery
Stones in lower pole are inaccessible to flexiscope (RIRS)
Microperc (Not a regular or Mini PCNL)provided an excellent chance to remove those stones with very minute puncture,which doesn't need any suture or nephrostomy tube
Using Advanced surgeries timely for the benefit of patient
