PCOS isn’t triggered by an apple or banana.

It’s influenced by your overall blood sugar balance, that’s where people get it wrong.

👉 It’s not about cutting fruits
👉 It’s about understanding glycemic load (GL)

Whole fruits come with fiber, which slows down glucose release and prevents sharp spikes. That means most fruits, when eaten in normal portions, fall into low to moderate GL.

A lot of this is fear mongering and incomplete misinformation, use your common sense girls. People are feeding us lies all day.

When your comfort food stays… but your choices evolve ✨
Same flavors, just a little more nourishment for your hormones, energy & future 🤍

Most people don’t have a carb problem.
They have a carb tolerance problem.

If carbs leave you feeling:
• sleepy
• hungry again in 1–2 hours
• craving more

That’s your body struggling to handle glucose efficiently.

And the solution isn’t cutting carbs.
It’s training your body to handle them better.

Because carb tolerance is not fixed.
It’s something you can build.

✔️ Pair carbs with protein, fats, fibre
✔️ Build muscle (this changes everything)
✔️ Walk after meals
✔️ Fix your first meal of the day
✔️ Improve sleep + stress

And yes certain nutrients can support this:
Magnesium, inositol, cinnamon, fenugreek

But they work with your lifestyle, not instead of it.

Think of it like this:
The goal is not “no spike”
The goal is controlled, stable energy

When your carb tolerance improves:
→ energy stabilises
→ cravings reduce
→ hormones respond better

This is how you make carbs work for you, not against you 🤍

Cutting carbs can feel like the fastest fix for insulin resistance.

And yes at first, things may improve.
Less bloating, fewer spikes, even some weight loss.

But here’s what most people don’t realise 👇
When you avoid carbs for too long, your body actually becomes worse at handling them.

So the moment carbs come back?
You see bigger spikes, stronger cravings, and that “out of control” feeling again.

That’s not failure.
That’s reduced carb tolerance.

Insulin resistance isn’t solved by removing carbs forever.
It’s solved by teaching your body to respond to them better.

✨ better meals
✨ better muscle
✨ better insulin sensitivity

That’s when cravings calm down, energy stabilises, and fat loss feels sustainable.

Don’t just remove carbs.
Build the ability to handle them.

Save this because this shift changes everything.
