Dear friends I am Dr.Prathyusha I am a clinician, MD General Physician ; specialised in diabetes management with over 7 years of experience in these fields .I am a Licensed NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner from the RICHARD BRANDLER society for neuro linguistic programming, and a nutrition and fitness consultant and a preventive diabetes foot specialist(CMC vellore) . A wife of an amazing person and a mother of a lovely 6 years old daughter.

My passion to interact and educate patients about their ailments in a more detailed way in their words in the way they could understand and my efforts to always concentrate on the root cause , lead myself to questioning about one thing ?? how to manage time efficiently,have a good work and personal life balance and at the same time reach out to all and counsel patients in detail? This question made me land in digital space from where i can reach out to large number of people with one touch point and manage time effectively. That is how a clinician turned into a Digital Entrepreneur.

As a clinician i realised very soon medicines have very little role to play especially when it comes to lifestyle related diseases like Obesity ,Diabetes,Hypertension,CHD,etc. Lifestyle modifications and prevention are the key. So all these elements took shape into a burning desire called “Educating people about the right principles and knowledge of LIFESTYLE MEDICINE”.And that became a mission ,that is how i founded the “ HEALTHY LIFESTYLE HUB.” Healthy lifesyle hub is all about helping people achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle .
