Ever felt your finger get "stuck" when you try to bend it? 🤏🔒 You might be dealing with Trigger Finger!

What is it? 🤔 Medically known as stenosing tenosynovitis, this condition happens when the tendons in your finger become inflamed. The tunnel (sheath) the tendon slides through gets too narrow, causing the finger to catch or lock in a bent position before snapping straight—just like pulling a trigger.

🚩 Common Symptoms:

Stiffness: Especially when you first wake up in the morning. 🌅

Clicking/Popping: A snapping sensation when you move your finger. 🔊

Locking: The finger gets stuck bent and you might have to use your other hand to straighten it. 🔓

Lump: A tender nodule (bump) at the base of the finger in your palm. 🖐️
