Read this if you feel like quitting.
There is a big difference between “giving up” and “letting go.”Giving up comes from fear and exhaustion.
You walk away but keep replaying “What if?” in your mind.
Your heart feels heavier, not lighter.Letting go is an act of self-respect.
You see that something is draining your peace, crossing your boundaries, or blocking your growth…
and you choose to release it, consciously.
Ask yourself today:
1) Am I walking away because I’m scared, or because I’m finally choosing myself?
2)Does this decision make my body feel tighter, or lighter?
You are not weak for letting go.
Sometimes, letting go is the bravest way of saying:
“I deserve better than this.”
