Have high fever? Be alert we are experiencing a major outbreak in the Hyderabad area of Dengue; Chikungunya; Influenza and other viral syndromes with severe inflammation. Avoid mosquitoes; Keep yourself well hydrated, helpful tests are CBC; Dengue NS1 antigen; Chikungunya PCR and Influenza PCR. Antibody testing is not very helpful. In severe inflammatory disorders such as "MAS" Ferritin levels and LDH levels are helpful.
