In IVF, the quality of both s***m and egg plays a crucial role in forming a healthy embryo.
Abnormalities in either can affect embryo development and may increase the risk of failed implantation, miscarriage, or birth defects.

✔️ Healthy s***m + healthy egg = better embryo quality
✔️ Better embryo quality = better pregnancy outcomes

That’s why detailed evaluation and careful selection are essential in IVF treatment.

🥗❄️ Eggs, embryos, and s***ms can be safely frozen — but does the same logic apply to frozen foods?

The answer is NO.
Medical freezing is a highly controlled scientific process and is proven safe. Processed and frozen foods, however, often contain excess sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats, which reduce nutrients and antioxidants.

This can increase inflammation, insulin resistance (especially in PCOS), hormonal imbalance, and may affect ovulation, s***m count, and s***m motility.

✨ Fresh, home-cooked food supports fertility and overall health.
If needed, home-cooked food frozen at home is always a better choice than processed frozen meals.

Many people believe that babies born through IVF are different from naturally conceived babies.
This is a myth.

In IVF, fertilization happens in the laboratory instead of the fallopian tube, and the embryo is then placed into the uterus.
This process does not cause any genetic changes.

✔️ IVF babies are the same as naturally conceived babies
✔️ Growth, intelligence, and health are similar
✔️ IVF is just a different way of fertilization, not a different baby

IVF helps couples conceive—but the baby is completely normal.

Weather changes, seasons come and go—but fertility doesn’t follow the calendar.

Some discomforts may occur due to IVF medicines during summer or extreme weather. Seasonal illnesses need care. But IVF outcomes are not seasonal.

💙 Trust medical guidance, not myths.
The best time for IVF is your right time.

🌍 Fertility patterns are changing worldwide.

Many couples today plan smaller families, while some dream of completing their family despite fertility challenges. In recent times, we are seeing that egg numbers are reducing at a younger age, which can lower IVF success rates.

To improve pregnancy chances, doctors use a technique called Embryo Pooling:
✔ Eggs from multiple IVF cycles are collected
✔ Embryos are created and frozen
✔ When enough embryos are available, they are used for pregnancy
✔ Extra embryos can be saved for a future second child

This “One and Done” approach helps couples plan both their present and future family. 💕

A common question we hear is what happens in an IVF lab if there is a power cut.

In IVF, embryo development depends on a very stable environment. After egg collection, the eggs are kept in a carbon dioxide incubator, where precise CO₂ levels and temperature are maintained to support healthy embryo growth until the fifth day.

If power is interrupted, changes in CO₂ concentration can alter the pH of the culture medium, which may affect embryo development. That is why continuous power supply is crucial in an IVF laboratory.

To safeguard embryos at all times, IVF labs are equipped with UPS backup systems, ensuring that incubators function without interruption—even during prolonged power outages of up to 24–30 hours.

This is one of the many behind-the-scenes measures taken to ensure safety, precision, and successful outcomes in IVF treatment.

Can one IVF cycle give you enough embryos for more than one baby?

When undergoing IVF, women often wonder if extra eggs retrieved can be used for a future baby. The answer varies:
• Some women may get fewer eggs → enough for only one cycle.
• Some women get more eggs → multiple embryos → can freeze remaining embryos for 2–3 years.
• Around 20% of women have completed their family with two ch ildren from a single egg retrieval!

IVF can sometimes help you complete your family from just one cycle. 🌸

Many people believe that test tube babies grow inside test tubes — but that’s not true.

The term “test tube baby” is commonly used to help people understand IVF treatment easily. In reality, embryos are grown in special culture dishes under carefully controlled laboratory conditions.

These embryos can stay outside the body for only 5 to 6 days. After that, they are either transferred into the uterus or safely frozen for transfer in future cycles.

IVF is a scientific, safe, and well-regulated process — not what the name makes it sound like.

Luteinizing Hormone (LH) plays a key role in fertility. In women, a sudden rise in LH triggers ovulation, which means the egg is ready to be released for fertilisation. That’s why LH testing is commonly used to predict the most fertile days. In men, LH helps in testosterone production and s***m development.

Tracking LH levels can make a big difference for couples trying to conceive naturally or through fertility treatments.

Maintaining fitness is important, but excessive exercise can actually harm s***m health.
Very intense workouts, long gym hours, and high protein intake may reduce s***m count, motility, and morphology.
At the same time, a sedentary lifestyle and obesity also disturb hormone levels and affect fertility.

💡 The key is moderation.
✔️ 1 hour of balanced exercise
✔️ Proper diet & hydration
✔️ Stress control
✔️ Walking, jogging, cycling
These habits help reduce oxidative stress and improve s***m quality, naturally boosting fertility.

👉 Men planning for pregnancy — stay active, but don’t overdo it.
👉 Balance is more powerful than intensity!

In today’s busy life, many people skip breakfast, eat only once a day, or follow extreme diets like fruit-only, liquid diets, or intermittent fasting. But are these habits really healthy?

Skipping meals — especially for diabetic patients — can cause hypoglycemia, which affects brain function, cell activity, and overall energy levels.
Our body needs a balanced diet containing vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and controlled carbohydrates.

Completely avoiding meals can increase insulin resistance, disturb hormones, and lead to long-term health issues.

💡 Healthy rule:
Eat small, nutritious meals on time rather than skipping food or following extreme diets.
Moderation always works better than extremes.
