It was a pleasure to be part of the TMAP Chronic Pain Conference with Live and Cadaveric Workshop at KIMS, Hyderabad, last week. I had the privilege of discussing various Orthobiologics available for managing pain conditions, highlighting the role of Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) and Micro-Fragmented Adipose Tissue (MFAT), as well as the importance of platelet concentration and dosing in Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments.
Also had the opportunity to demonstrate an S1 neuroplasty using a hybrid technique with ultrasound guidance (USG) and C-Arm, along with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of articular branches for a case of moderate knee osteoarthritis, among many other interventions. It was wonderful connecting with my colleagues and friends, and I extend my gratitude to Dr. Nagalaxmi and the KIMS team for this opportunity.
