"ప్రియమైన విద్యార్థులారా...బలమైన లక్ష్యాలను ఏర్పరుచుకుని, వాటిని సాధించి, ఇతరులకు స్ఫూర్తి దాయకం గా నిలబడి మీ జన్మనను చరితార్థం చేసుకోండి...... మిమ్మల్ని కన్న తల్లి తండ్రులు, మీ వంశం, మీకు విద్య నేర్పిన గురువులు, మీరు చదువుకున్న విద్యాలయాలు, మీరు పుట్టిన ఊరు, ఈ దేశం - గర్వపడేలా, ఇతరులకు స్ఫూర్తినిచ్చేలా కృషి చెయ్యండి. ఏ పని చేసినా ధర్మబద్ధం గా చెయ్యాలి. నేను అనే అహంకారం, నాది అనే మమకారం వదలి చెయ్యాలి. పనిని నైపుణ్యం తో చెయ్యాలి. పనిని ఇష్ఠపడుతూ చెయ్యాలి. కష్టపడుతూ కాదు. స్వకళ్యాణం కోసం కాక లోక కళ్యాణం కోసం చెయ్యాలి. పని తాలూకు ఫలితాన్ని దైవానికి అర్పించి చెయ్యాలి. ఇలా చేస్తే నూరు శాతం సత్ఫలితాలను సాధించవచ్చు. ఎంతటి కష్టం కలిగినా దాన్ని ఎదుర్కొనే మానసిక స్థైర్యం కలిగి ఉండాలి. బాల్య దశనుండే ఆధ్యాత్మిక భావాలను పెంపొందించుకోండి. రామాయణ భారతాల పట్ల అవగాహన పెంచుకుంటే ఆయా చరిత్రలలోని పాత్రల ద్వారా మానవీయ విలువలను పెంచుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్లతో వీలైనంత తక్కువ సమయం గడపండి.. ఆహారనియమాలను పాటించండి.." అన్నారు గీతా గాన ప్రవచన ప్రచారకర్త, 'భగవద్గీతా ఫౌండేషన్' వ్యవస్థాపకులు డాII ఎల్ వి గంగాధర శాస్త్రి. భీమవరం లోని SRKR ( సాగి రామకృష్ణం రాజు ) Engineering College బి టెక్ మొదటి సంవత్సరం విద్యార్థులకు భగవద్గీత ద్వారా స్ఫూర్తిదాయకమైన వ్యక్తిత్వ వికాస, గాన ప్రసంగం (సెప్టంబర్ 4) చేశారాయన. అంత క్రితం భీమవరం లో ప్రధానమంత్రి చేత ఆవిష్కరింపబడిన స్వాతంత్ర్య సమర యోధుడు శ్రీ అల్లూరిసీతారామరాజు విగ్రహానికి, తన సంపూర్ణ గీతా గానానికి మార్గదర్శి కీ శే ఘంటసాల విగ్రహానికి, మహా దాత స్వర్గీయ సాగి రామకృష్ణం రాజు విగ్రహానికి - గంగాధర శాస్త్రి పుష్పమాలలు సమర్పించి నివాళులర్పించారు. ఈ సందర్భం గా SRKR కాలేజీ ప్రాంగణం లో ఆయన రావి మొక్క నాటారు. ఆ మరుసటి రోజు (సెప్టంబర్ 5) అదే కాలేజీ సభావేదికపై భగవద్గీతా గాన ప్రవచనం చేశారు. గీత ను 5 వ తరగతి నుండే విద్యార్థులకు పాఠ్యాంశం గా బోధించేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకుని, సనాతన ధర్మాన్ని కాపాడవలసిందిగా సూచించగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ శాసన ఉపసభాపతి శ్రీ రఘురామకృష్ణం రాజు సానుకూలం గా స్పందించడం విశేషం.... గీత మత గ్రంథం కాదని, ఉత్తమజీవన విధాన గ్రంథమని, ఇది జీవిత నిఘంటువని, దీనిని జాతీయ గ్రంథం గా ప్రకటించవలసిన అవసరం ఉందని గంగాధర శాస్త్రి అన్నారు. భగవద్గీత లోని కొన్ని శ్లోకాలను జీవితానికి అన్వయిస్తూ గాన సహిత విశ్లేషణ చేశారు. 'సెక్యులర్' పేరుతో గీత ను పాఠశాలల్లో బోధించడానికి సంశయిస్తున్న ప్రస్తుతపరిస్థితుల్లో SRKR కాలేజ్ యాజమాన్యం 'భగవద్గీత ద్వారా మా పిల్లలకు సందేశం అందించండ'ని తనను ఆహ్వానించడం ఆదర్శవంతమైన పరిణామమని అన్నారు. శ్రీ సాగి ప్రసాదరాజు, శ్రీ ఎస్ వి రంగరాజు, శ్రీ ఎస్ ఆర్ కె. నిశాంత వర్మ, డాII ఎం. జగపతి రాజు, డాII కే వి మురళీకృష్ణం రాజు, శ్రీ దిలీప్ చక్రవర్తి, శ్రీ వేగేశ్న సూర్యనారాయణ రాజు (కనక రాజు సూరి) లకు అభినందన పూర్వక కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేసారు. తాను అమెరికా పర్యటన లో ఉన్నప్పుడు శ్రీ రఘురామకృష్ణం రాజు ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ఆహ్వానించారని, రాజకీయ నాయకుడు గా ఆయన అందిస్తున్న నిస్వార్థమైన సేవలను ప్రజలు కీర్తిస్తూ బ్రహ్మరథం పట్టడం తనకు ఆనందాన్నిస్తోందని గంగాధర శాస్త్రి అన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భం గా శ్రీ రఘురామకృష్ణం రాజు, శ్రీ సాగి ప్రసాదరాజు, శ్రీ రామాంజనేయులు, శ్రీ కనుమూరి బాపిరాజు, శ్రీమతి వేంకటేశ్వరీ దేవి, శ్రీ మంతెన వెంకట్రామరాజు, శ్రీ విశ్వనాధరాజు, శ్రీ కొటికలపూడి గోవిందరావు లు శ్రీ గంగాధర శాస్త్రి కి ఘనసత్కారం చేశారు.

Make your parents who gave you birth, your family lineage, the teachers who educated you, the schools where you studied, your hometown, and this nation proud of you. Whatever you do, do it with dharma. Leave aside ego and possessiveness. Work with skill. Work with love, not with strain. Do not act for selfish benefit, but for the welfare of the world. Offer the results of your work to the Divine. By doing this, you can achieve 100% fruitful results. No matter how difficult the challenge, you should have the mental strength to face it. Nurture spiritual thoughts from childhood. Gain awareness of the Ramayana and Mahabharata—through the characters in these epics, you will have the opportunity to cultivate human values. Spend as little time as possible with smartphones. Follow disciplined food habits.” — said Dr. L.V. Gangadhara Sastry, renowned singer, preacher and propagator of Bhagavadgita and Founder Chairman of the Bhagavadgita Foundation, during his inspiring personality development lecture through the Bhagavadgita for first-year B.Tech students at SRKR (Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju) Engineering College, Bhimavaram.
Earlier, in Bhimavaram, he paid floral tributes to the statues of Alluri Sitarama Raju (freedom fighter whose statue was unveiled by the Prime Minister), Ghantasala (legendary singer, guiding force for his complete Bhagavadgita musical rendition), and Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju (a great philanthropist). On this occasion, Dr. Sastry also planted a banyan sapling in the SRKR campus.
The following day, he delivered his Bhagavadgita pravachan with music in the college auditorium. He suggested that the state government should introduce Bhagavadgita as part of the curriculum from 5th standard onwards, to preserve Sanatana Dharma, and appreciated Andhra Pradesh Legislative Deputy Speaker Sri Raghurama Krishnam Raju for responding positively to this idea. Dr. Sastry emphasized that the Bhagavadgita is not a religious text, but a guidebook for righteous living, a dictionary of life itself, and deserves to be declared a National Scripture. He analyzed selected verses of the Gita with musical explanation, linking them to daily life. He said it was highly commendable that SRKR College management invited him with the request, “Give our children the message of the Bhagavadgita”—especially at a time when schools hesitate to introduce Gita lessons under the banner of “secularism.”
He expressed heartfelt gratitude to Sri Sagi Prasada Raju, Sri S.V. Rangaraju, Sri S.R.K. Nishanth Varma, Dr. M. Jagapati Raju, Dr. K.V. Muralikrishna Raju, Sri Dileep Chakravarti, and Sri Vegesna Suryanarayana Raju (Kanaka Raju Suri). He also shared that while he was on his U.S. tour, Sri Raghurama Krishnam Raju invited him to this event, and said it gave him joy to see the people praising the Deputy Speaker’s selfless service as a political leader.
On this occasion, Sri Raghurama Krishnam Raju, Sri Sagi Prasada Raju, Sri Ram Anjaneyulu, Sri Kanumuri Bapiraju, Smt. Venkateswari Devi, Sri Mantena Venkatarama Raju, Sri Vishwanadha Raju, and Sri Kotikalapudi Govinda Raju felicitated Dr. Gangadhara Sastry with great honor.
