My Little Yogi is aimed towards making kids continue their natural poses. MLY will let kids continue to have the flexibility that they had when they were born. They will be aware of their body and become more active, strong and have increased energy. Laying a foundation for a life long practise of healthy lifestyle. MLY will teach kids yoga in a fun way through stories, songs and rhymes. All the poses performed by the kids are designed based on the stages of growth and development.
