🔔 We're Hiring: Estimation Engineer / Executive | Tendering Engineer / Executive

Kishore Infratech Private Limited is seeking an experienced Estimation professional to independently manage end-to-end estimation and tendering activities for our Industrial and Pharma projects.

📍 Location: Nacharam, Hyderabad (IDA Nacharam, Road No.1)
💼 Experience: 2-3 years (Pharma/Industrial EPC background strongly preferred)
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

🎯 Role Objective:
Independently manage complete estimation and tendering cycle from quantity take-offs to bid submission for EPC/Turnkey projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Study tender drawings, specifications & BOQs across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, MEP)
Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis & pricing sheets for EPC/Turnkey projects
Handle vendor enquiries, quotations & price comparisons
Coordinate with design, procurement & ex*****on teams for accurate cost inputs
Prepare technical & commercial proposals with supporting documentation
Maintain cost databases, vendor lists & project rate records
Manage tender filing, documentation & bid tracking
Support management in pre-bid meetings, clarifications & negotiations
Review post-tender feedback to improve cost competitiveness

✅ What We're Looking For:
Complete estimation cycle experience – from quantity take-off to pricing & tender documentation
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD & estimation tools
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Prior experience with Pharma/Industrial projects is a strong advantage
