METHOD OF TEACHING
My work as an instructor is to help people in knowing their body better, work with their strengths and weaknesses, help them break physical and emotional barriers and let them discover the true nature and capabilities of their body and mind – ultimately allowing them to achieve a balance in their lives. After understanding the needs of the client, specific yoga sequences are prepared with a mix of different yoga styles. One hour session includes:-
5 minutes of initial guided centering, 45 minutes of hatha practice with core work exercise (Pilates) with thorough demonstration, 5 minutes of pranayama practice (breathing technique) and 10 minutes of deep relaxation (shavasan). Sequences will be different on all days to avoid monotony. For more information, kindly write to us at info@yogreeti.com.
