Seeking an alternative treatment following a Fibromyalgia diagnosis, she discovered complete relief in her symptoms in Neuro Muscular Therapy and lymphatic massage treatments. a Holistic Massage Therapist from The Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh, NC, USA and Ayurveda Foundation Intensive Course from Ananda Spa Institute, Hyderabad, India. She is professionally trained in Western and Indian Ayurvedic Therapeutic massage therapies and in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Classic Lymphatic Massage, Medical Massage, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger point therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and is a Reiki Level II Practitioner. Ayurvedic treatments include Abhyanga, Choornasveda, Sirodhara, and Mukhalepa. She is a certified Yoga Teacher from Kapila Maharshi Research for Resources from Hyderabad, India.
