Job Description
Nutrition Health Assessment form to be filled after explaining the diet to the patient / patient attender and the same to be signed by the patient / patient attender within 24 hours of admission.
Make diet order and explain F & B.
Food sampling to be done twice a day.
Supervise the food supply randomly on the floors.
Random check on cleanliness of kitchen.
Daily round of patients.
Diet sheet of Gynecology patients to given at the time of discharge.
Evaluate the health and diet needs to patients.
To educate the patients at the time of discharge about the dietary guidelines that needs to be followed thereafter.
Follow the departmental protocols / procedures
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
