21 year old smoker came with critical limb ischemia, cardiologists did a peripheral angiogram post which call was given as there was no distal reformation of vessels , we have given high dose of steroids , thrombectomy and best medical management, patient is doing fine now.

36 year old patient with about to rupture pseudoaneurysm, which Ruptured on table , we repaired the brachial artery and ligated the cephalexin vein.
Same patient at a later date underwent brachiobasilic fistula on other side as he already had a failed braciocephalic. Fistula is functioning well.

65 year old chronic kidney patient operated outside femoral artery to sephanous vein with synthetic graft , came with infected graft which was thrombosed, we took a control of the cfa and exposed the superficial femoral artery , excised the graft in between the sfa and sephanous vein. Closed the sfa in 2 layers ligated the vein.

50 year old male came with maggot infested venous ulcer, patient has undergone laser ablation of varicose veins at a local hospital but the venous ulcer did not heal and the gsv opened up .
We did a debridement and plan is to do an open surgery of great sephanous vein stripping and perforator ligation and mullers excision of superficial varicosites and ultrasound guided foam sclerotheraphy for complete cure.

Dr.Puneeth Joopalli sir did a surgery for a 45 years old male patient came with acute limb ischemia of right hand since 4 hours , on examination radial , lunar and brachial artery are not palpable, bed side echo showed Cardiogenic cause of embolus , he has a clot in atrium, did an emergency thrombectomy of brachial artery , radial artery and ulnar artery under local Anesthesia, both radial and ulnar pulses are palpable.
