There are a few things I personally avoid when it comes to skin care.

As a dermatologist, these are three practices I wouldn’t recommend:
• Using physical scrubs, which can irritate and damage the skin barrier
• Applying turmeric on cuts or broken skin, as it can increase irritation and risk of infection
• Using hair removal creams without proper guidance, which may lead to burns or pigmentation

What works for one person may not be safe for another.
Skin care is always best approached with care, understanding, and evidence-based guidance.
