Syed Saqlain Mehdi belongs to a family who cannot afford his treatment was diagnosed with Kidney failure causing him high blood pressure, loss of appetite, loosing his eyesight, shortness of breath, abnormal heart rhythm, insufficient urine production, severe unintentional weight loss, fatigue, fluid in lungs, malaise or water electrolyte imbalance.

Saqlain needs to take 3 dialysis every week, blood pressure medication every 2 hours and several Hemoglobin injections every week which his family is unable to afford.

Doctors believe that if he gets a proper treatment he will be able to live a good life, kidney transplant would cost $10,000.
