Rehabilitation of maxillectomy case with dental implants and hybrid prosthesis to restore function and aesthetics in adult lady.
Guided Quad zygomatic implants surgery was performed under GA followed by hybrid prosthesis was fabricated and fastened. Zygomatic implants are the only option for maxillectomy cases like this , PSI patient specific implants / sub periosteal implants are also ruled out along with other conventional implants because of complete exciton of maxillary bone.
