3. Compression neuropathy
4. Trapped nerve



Peripheral neuropathies are relatively common clinical disorders.

The peripheral nerve system is a network of motor and sensory nerves that connect the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) to the entire human body.

:

1. Carpal tunnel syndrome (carpal nerve compression, at the wrist)

2. Cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar nerve compression, at the elbow)

3.Herniated disc (in the spine)

4.Peroneal nerve entrapment (in the knee)

:

1. Suprascapular nerve entrapment (in the shoulder)

2. Ulnar tunnel syndrome (in the wrist)
Radial nerve compression syndrome (in the arm)

3. Meralgia paresthetica (compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, affecting skin of thigh)



Symptoms of nerve entrapment vary. For some, pain is the sole symptom. Others may be pain-free, but experience any of the common symptoms listed below.

1. Pain or Radiating Pain

2 Pain may be sharp, aching or burning.

3. “Pin and needles” (paresthesia) or tingling sensations

4. Muscle weakness
