Honored to be a part of the 4th Annual Conference of the Indian Fertility Society (IFS), Odisha Chapter. It was an enriching experience to connect with peers, exchange ideas and discuss on how we can continue strengthening fertility care for people.

I spoke on the role of the Uterine Microbiota in female infertility and participated as an expert in two key discussions on Updates in the Management of Recurrent Pregnancy Loss and Optimizing IVF Success. These sessions highlighted how practical, evidence-based guidance can help families feel understood and supported during a very delicate stage of care.

My sincere thanks to Dr. Jeetendra Behera, Dr. Soumya Dash and the entire organizing committee for their warm hospitality and well-planned arrangements. Their warm welcome encouraged open conversations and learning throughout the programme.

Meetings like this help us stay aligned as a community on what truly matters in fertility care. Every shared insight strengthens the way our field grows and improves.

Walking away with a sense of gratitude and a clear reminder of how important thoughtful, patient-centric care is.

Proud of our team at Hegde Fertility as our research on Recombinant LH Supplementation in women with LHCGR mutations was presented at ASRM 2025 in Texas, USA.

It is encouraging to see this work become part of the wider conversation on personalized fertility care and the role of AI-driven approaches in IVF.

My appreciation to Dr. Jasmine Salkar for presenting the study and representing our team with such clarity. Research like this helps us understand complex conditions in a practical way and supports us in offering clearer and more reliable care to people.

Fertility care is moving into a new era, one shaped equally by scientific precision, technological innovation and human empathy.

Grateful to be part of the India Health Summit & Awards 2025 by Times Network, powered by Intas and co-powered by Novartis.

It was an honour to be recognized for the work we do and the shared commitment to make fertility care more compassionate, accessible and effective for families everywhere.

I had the opportunity to share insights during the panel on “Optimizing IVF Operations: Balancing Clinical Excellence and Cost Efficiency.” Our discussion explored how fertility care continues to advance, staying scientifically rigorous while becoming more inclusive and outcome-driven.

The conversation emphasized how ensuring the same high quality of care across fertility centers helps improve outcomes for patients by reducing variations across treatments and maintaining high success rates.

Technology is playing a big role in this progress. Innovations such as AI, teleconsultations and digital platforms are helping teams stay connected with patients, track progress closely and make more informed decisions together.

Ongoing training and quality programs are vital to sustaining excellence, especially as advanced fertility care reaches more cities across India. Innovations such as personalized care, improved embryo monitoring and new fertility techniques continue to open fresh possibilities and renewed hope for families on their path to parenthood.

Behind every conversation are the many families whose hopes give purpose to all that we do.

It was a proud and heartwarming day celebrating the graduation ceremony of our students enrolled for Fellowship in Infertility (2024–2025 Batch) at the IMA Academy of Medical Specialities, Telangana.

I am truly honored to be part of the certificate distribution, celebrating the dedication, hard work and growth of these remarkable fellows. Watching them grow through this program has been deeply fulfilling. Their empathy, curiosity and commitment reflect the values that keep our field moving forward with purpose.

My heartfelt thanks to the entire IMA leadership, Dr. D. Dwarakanatha Reddy, Dr. P. Kishan, Dr. E. Ravindra Reddy, Dr. C. Sairam, Dr. V. Ashok, Dr. T. I had the privilege of being part of the BSV Campus Connect Dinner Symposium held in collaboration with the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) and the Indian Fertility Society (IFS). On 20th September 2025, I joined the panel discussion on "Closing the Gap: Why Infertility Patients Delay IVF and How We Can Help."

It was an honor to share this platform with esteemed peers: Dr. Ksh*tiz Murdia, Dr. Kaberi Banerjee, Mr. Vinesh Gadhia, Mr. Gaurav Gupta and Ms. Sivani Sarma Deka, with the discussion expertly moderated by Dr. Ameet Patki. This conversation is very close to my heart, as understanding and addressing patient hesitations can make fertility care more accessible, less overwhelming and ensure more hopeful parents can begin their journey without unnecessary delays.

The following day, on 21st September 2025, I was honored to contribute to the ESHRE Campus program, also in collaboration with ISAR and IFS. The focus was on new ovarian stimulation protocols which is a vital area where evidence-based science and compassionate care come together to refine treatment and improve outcomes for every patient we serve.

My heartfelt gratitude to the organizers, fellow professionals and colleagues for creating such enriching platforms of dialogue and learning. Moments like these reaffirm my purpose to help transform hope into parenthood for every couple holding onto hope.

Honoured to be invited by Merck to chair and moderate a session on a topic that directly impacts fertility outcomes and the dream of parenthood for many families.

“Restoring the Reproductive Axis: Advances in Managing LH and FSH Deficiency.”

This session on 16th September 2025 in Hyderabad brought together experts to discuss how severe FSH and LH deficiency can affect fertility. These hormones are essential for follicle development and ovulation. When they are deficient, egg quality, hormone production and overall reproductive health can be compromised, making the journey to parenthood more challenging.

It was a privilege to lead an engaging and in-depth discussion with Dr. Matheus Roque, Scientific Director of MATER PRIME & MATER LAB, São Paulo, Brazil, on mechanisms, diagnosis and therapeutic strategies for FSH and LH deficiency in ovarian stimulation. The session highlighted how timely diagnosis and personalized care can improve outcomes and give women renewed hope of achieving motherhood.

Grateful for the opportunity to facilitate this knowledge exchange, learn from peers and raise awareness on such a critical aspect of reproductive medicine. Together, every scientific advance strengthens our ability to support more families on their journey to parenthood.

In a 2016 study, over 90% of patients undergoing expressed significant concerns relating to sample mix-up.

A clinics that still rely on manual witnessing systems, sample mix-up continues to be an understandable concern for IVF patients.

As a fertility specialist, I recommend patients to choose a fertility clinic that offers Electronic Witnessing System ( ) facility. It is more safe, efficient and transparent, resulting in better patient outcomes and increased confidence in the procedure.

It was a true privilege to share the dais with such distinguished colleagues—
Dr. RP Mathur (Chairperson), Dr. Bipin Kumar Sethi, Dr. Raman Boddula, Dr. Dharmesh Kapoor, Dr. Abhishek Katakwar and moderator Dr. R. Santhosh.

Our panel on “Fostering Assurance in AOM Prescription” created space for meaningful dialogue on how evidence-based obesity management can shape better health outcomes including fertility, where obesity remains a key challenge for so many couples.

With the approval of Semaglutide 2.4 mg (Wegovy) in India, we now have an evidence-based medical alternative that can reduce the need for bariatric surgery in select fertility patients. This marks an important step in integrating safe, effective anti-obesity medications into reproductive practice.

As a fertility specialist, I witness the struggles families face but also the hope that new therapies bring. Together with my peers, I remain committed to advancing solutions that bring more families closer to their dream of parenthood.

Privileged to chair the session “Recent Understanding of Endometriosis” at ISAR TOG Masterclass & Practice Points, held on 23rd August 2025 in Jaipur.

Endometriosis can be a complex and challenging condition for patients and clinicians alike. Following this masterclass, it was an honour to be a part of the panel in compiling the Good Clinical Practice Recommendations (GCPR) for Endometriosis by ISAR to help guide better diagnosis, treatment and patient care.

Heartfelt thanks to ISAR President Dr. Ameet Patki, for the opportunity and all the esteemed presenters including Dr. Pratap Kumar for their insights and collaboration in making this platform possible.

Each discussion reinforced our shared mission to translate evidence and teamwork into hope, better care and improved outcomes for women living with endometriosis.

Honoured to be part of the South ISAR 2025 conference at AIIMS Mangalagiri, Vijayawada from 8 to 10 August.

I had the privilege of speaking on “The IVF Challenge: Navigating Poor Ovarian Response” and “Hysteroscopic Endometrial Rejuvenation”, sharing practical insights with fellow experts and learning from the wealth of knowledge in the room.

Grateful to receive the ISAR Dronacharya Award and my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ameet Patki, Dr. Shantha Kumari and Dr. Nivedita Shetty for this recognition. My sincere appreciation also to Dr. Padmaja Veeramachaneni and Dr. Kavitha Chalasani for inviting me to speak at this prestigious forum.

Every interaction and exchange at such conferences is a reminder that our shared goal is to give hope and make parenthood possible for more families. I look forward to applying these learnings to further improve patient care and continue advancing excellence in reproductive medicine.

It was a pleasure for me to be appointed as the Web Editor of ARGI.

I’m grateful to President Dr. Jayesh Amin and the ARGI leadership for this opportunity to serve and contribute to India's premier platform for advancing reproductive genetics and immunology.

Also, it was an honour to present my views on “Dysfunctional Immune Responses in Reproduction: Effects on Fertility and Implantation” to a distinguished panel of experts.
