Aakar Asha Hospital has been established to eradicate disability. It is a 130 bed specialty hospital for reconstructive surgery situated at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Aakar Asha is a unit of N Swain Memorial Trust, a registered charitable trust. Free of cost treatment is offered to needy patients who cannot afford such extensive surgery. People with deformities and disabilities are at times shunned by their community and are largely unproductive members of the society. Aakar Asha aims to enable such persons lead a normal life and become productive.
