Stay in a caloric deficit (eat less calories than you are burning) and focus on portion control along with doing certain things like:
1. Drinking enough water throughout the day.
2. Including vegetables and fruits in your diet.
3. Having protein in every meal.
4. Eating slowly and chewing the food properly.
5. Eating 3-4 meals staying within your calorie limit.
6. Limiting mindless snacking.
7. Avoiding binge eating.
