Facial puffiness,swelling under lower eyelid,anasarca,pedal edema nd scrotal swelling..points to nephrotic syndrome.
viva qusns could be dd of puffiness of face in medicine.
in surgery dd of scrotal swelling.
systems involved in such condition either renal,cvs,or git nd how would you differentiate!
