A case of class I crowding with an ectopic canine..

Case description:

Patient with crowded teeth and decayed in lower molars reported to improve her smile.
Extraction of decayed lower molars and upper first premolars followed by crowding correction and molar mesialisation was planned.
Treatment was aborted at 13 months due to very poor oral hygiene and decay secondary to plaque and calculus deposition.
That 30% of patient cooperation and maintainance was not perfect in this patient.

Results :
In the end decent results were achieved with a class II molar ,Class I Canine relation and perfectly coincident midline!!
Settling and final finishing could have been better

Would you believe All it took was 7 weeks to transform her smile!!!

Patient wanted a quick fix for gaps in her teeth and also was not interested in getting the conventional braces!!

was the answer to all she needed..
All it needed was meticulous planning and ex*****on because of which she didn't need any refinements and was able to deliver the promised smile in just 7 weeks.

A case of Angles class II with class 2 soft tissue profile treated non extraction in 5 months and 27 days!!
The above patient(my nephew ) had a severe issue with his social interaction as he had proclined teeth and lip trap (Upper teeth resting on lower lip)
Since he had recently invested all his money in buying a bicycle he dint had anything to pay..so finally settled the payment with 2 terms. 1st I would use his full face pictures for my promotional purpose and 2nd he would give his eidy for next 5 years to .hyd ...
In the end pleasing profile with a perfectly settled occlusion was achieved!!!

Patient aged around 40 years was socially detached because of her teeth and smile!!
Periodontally compromised lower anteriors and patient did not want to get them extracted!!
Did a single arch bonding and space consolidation along with intrusion of upper anteriors to get that perfect smile!!
Note: this was my first and only case of single arch bonding!!!
