On 09-02-2026, under the guidance of Prof. (Vaidya) Rabinarayan Acharya, Director General, CCRAS, Dr N. Srikanth, Deputy Director General, CCRAS and Dr G.P. Prasad, Assistant Director In-charge, the CCRAS- National Institute of Indian Medical Heritage, Hyderabad, organised the inauguration of the Review meeting of the Public Health Care Research Program project titled “Documentation of Ethno-dietary Practices and Documentation of Plants, metals, minerals, etc. used in religious practices and Rituals” (SAMPADA) for the 4th Batch scheduled from 09-13th February 2026.
The Project Officers and Staff from Central Ayurveda Research Institute (CARI), Guwahati, Regional Ayurvedic Research Institute (RARI), Patna, Jammu, and Ahmedabad, CSMCARI, Chennai, MSRARI, Jaipur, RARC, Agartala and RRAPCARI, Mumbai, under CCRAS participated physically in the event. A.D. In-charge, from NIIMH, welcomed the participants and delivered presentations on the topic “Documentation of plants, metals, minerals, animal products and other materials used in various Indigenous religious practices and rituals across India & Documentation of Ethno-dietary practices Indigenous to India”. On this occasion, Dr V. Subhose, A.D. (Ay.), Dr R. Govind Reddy, A.D. (Ay.), Dr V Sridevi, R.O. (Ay.), Dr T. Saketh Ram, R.O. (Ay.), Dr Santosh S Mane and Dr Biswo Ranjan Das, R.O. (Hom.), and other Officers and Officials, as well as Project staff from the Institute, participated.
