India’s leading independent, non-partisan, Neo-Human Rights Organization that strives for the protection and defending of human rights. It is a common platform for all those committed people to the cause of human rights in India. The dalits, the tribals, the religious, the linguistic and cultural minorities, the backward classes and the women are denied their cultural and social space. Resistance against exploitation and deprivation now is mostly local and isolated with no co-ordination and pooling of resources at national level. AIHRO is move ahead to enforce the rights of poor marginalised people and to challenge oppression, exploitation and discrimination against any group or individual on the grounds of caste, gender, disability, age, religion, language, ethnic group, sexual orientation, and health, economic or social status. Today AIHRO has given voice to the oppressed and hold oppressors accountable for their crimes. Our rigorous, objective investigations and strategic, targeted advocacy build intense pressure for action and raise the cost of human rights abuse. For more than 7 years, AIHRO has worked tenaciously to lay the legal and moral groundwork for deep-rooted change and has fought to bring greater justice and security to people in the various parts of the country. AIHRO also stand with victims and activists to prevent discrimination, to uphold political freedom, and to bring offenders to justice. We investigate and expose human rights violations and hold abusers accountable. We educate and spread awareness amongst masses about international human rights law and the fundamental rights of the constitution. We enlist the public and the international community to support the cause of human rights for all.

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE - Body of Manisha Valmiki was cremated by UP Police while they barricaded the family inside their home and burnt the body without letting anybody know.

The coward,, shameless and fascist UP govt has stooped to this level to hide their failure. The family isn't even given a chance to take their girl's body to their house. Unfortunately there is no one to speak for them. This is beyond shocking. The family has already gone through so much which is unimaginable and now this.
