Today’s recipe brings together the zing of raw mango, the crunch of peanuts, and the cool of mint — all in a bowl that screams summer! 🌿☀️

Raw Mango & Peanut Salad with Mint Jaggery Dressing
(A sweet-spicy-tangy salad that’s light, cooling, and addictive!)

🧺 Ingredients (Serves 2)
• ½ cup raw mango, peeled & grated

• ½ cup carrot, grated

Welcome to Drop 2 of my 10-part Indian Superfood Diets series! We’re kicking things off with a warm, nourishing, and flavor-packed salad that celebrates Indian ingredients in their most delicious form. 🌿

Sprouted Moong – High in plant protein, enzymes & fiber for gut health
Puffed Rice (Murmura) – Light, airy whole grain, low-cal & satiating
Raw Mango – Cooling, tangy, rich in Vitamin C & digestive enzymes

📝 Recipe Drop:
Sprouted Moong & Puffed Rice Salad
(A crunchy, tangy, protein-packed chaat-style bowl)

🧺 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
1 cup sprouted moong (steamed or raw if tender)

1 cup puffed rice (murmura)

½ cup finely chopped cucumber

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

¼ cup grated raw mango (or use lemon juice)

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander

1 green chili, chopped (optional)

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Juice of ½ lemon
