Evaluation of athletes and designing their training programs. Treating injured athletes and formulating their return-to-sport rehab program. Travelled with the team for major tournaments.

3 years of full-time clinical experience as a Senior Physiotherapist at Sai Institute of Sports Injury and Arthroscopy from 2008 – 2010. Successfully treated and rehabilitated patients who underwent arthroscopic surgeries. Designing prehab and rehab programs for OPD clients. Treating patients with other ailments using different Electrotherapy and Exercise Therapy modalities.
** Hydrotherapy unit was the first of its kind which was an added advantage and experience.
2 years of international experience as a Chief Physiotherapist of Moortown Rugby Union Football Club in Leeds, United Kingdom from 2006 – 2008. Evaluation of athlete’s pre-season fitness. Designing their fitness program for the season. Team physio on field and off field. On-field first aid during the match days for both home and away games. Rehabilitation of injured athletes at the club.
