Book 18 of 100... not running a sprint so no rush with the 100. This book helped me build or rather ignited my interest in meditation more than it already was which is saying a lot.

It is a joy finding something that you want to explore.. and explore some more.

Book 17 of 100.. an eye opener and reading it is only the first step. Understanding not the words but seeing the 'what is' is all that matters. Experiencing is all that matters, not the experience.

Book 16 of 100.. not rushing the process of 100 books but somehow you rush through some books for reasons unknown.
This was a story of a powerful journey but it left me rushed. I wanted to complete the book as soon as possible and not necessarily in a good way rushed. I was impatient and disconnected, not sure if that was a reflection on the book or my inability to connect to the character.

The story was inspiring for sure.

Book 15 of 100.. an easy read. Believable and not over the top. Some points I can not imagine but that is about me.

Seeking inspirations from various sources. Each person has their own journey and I mine. Learning to drop the competition or the comparison. Learning to drop the criticism and expand the mind.

My teacher had said sometime back. When you are studying a text don't be in a hurry to agree or disagree, listen to what the author has to say. Take the information with you, think about it and whatever makes sense keep it the rest you can drop or park aside for the moment. Learning to listen, without rushing to conclusions.

Enjoying this new journey of newness every day.

Book 13 of 100.. I love books by masters of sport. Find immense inspiration and insight from each journey.

Things don't always have to fit it exactly into your life but there are always lessons to learn and carry home with you.

My one big take away from this book is "the power of being you". It may or may not be the essence of the book but often you take from things what resonates with your current situation.

I am learning to embrace all aspects of who I am today. Not what I can be or what I was. Unapologetic me.
