Regulatory Update: CDSCO Cancels Product Permissions

CDSCO has withdrawn product permissions for non-compliance with G.S.R. 327(E) dated 03.04.2017, which mandates bioequivalence (BE) study data for oral dosage forms of BCS Class II & IV drugs.

The latest CDSCO notification includes an updated list of reference products to guide BE study planning.
