Our Story

Dr. Reddy’s Young Leaders Development Program is a stint based program that takes place over a period of 15 months. This program helps campus hires get a comprehensive overall view of the company while developing function specific knowledge as well.

Our campus hires work with multiple business units in short stints, solving complex and live business problems. In this manner, we get to develop a talent pool of versatile young leaders who are capable of taking up roles in multiple functions.

Along the way, they are mentored by our senior leaders and supported by a comprehensive learning eco-system.
