July 22nd, 1996 learned meditation from Pithamaha Patriji. My practice of meditation day by day increasing sitting hours. Finally, in 2001 I have started 40 days continued meditation with liquid diet. In my 40 days meditation I got clarity about my life purpose. For healthy life - vegetarian diet, for healthy mind - meditation. These two things are key factors in every human life. I believe and follows always "Spiritual health is the ROOT and Physical health is the FRUIT". So, that I decided to give non-religious, non-cult, non-profit voluntary service, and my sole mission is to spread benefits of Meditation, power of Vegetarianism to one and all … all in a spirit of free service without any monetary considerations.
