the success story

started in 2014, amrithvarshini has become a center for wellness and healing both for the young and older generation. Having gone through the travails of exercising in various gyms and yoga centers where they feel disconnected with themselves and the practices, here ends their search for the connection to their body, mind, soul and breath. A lovely space where you also establish a strong bond with the co-practitioners and the teachers.

Practice is designed for a particular day taking into consideration the weather, time, age, strength, stamina and state of mind of the practitioner. Activities, role-play’s, picnics and simulation exercises equip and empower the practitioners at our center to get more connected to themselves and deal with real life situations better and with more clarity.
