🧂 Quick Recipe
• Ragi flour – 2 tbsp
• Jaggery – 2 tbsp
• Water / milk – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Cashews & almonds – chopped
• Cardamom – a pinch
Method 👇
Dry roast ragi flour on low flame till aromatic.
Add liquid slowly, stirring continuously.
Mix in jaggery & cardamom.
Cook till thick & glossy.
Finish with ghee & dry fruits ✨
