🧊🌿 ROYAL ICE APPLE COOLER 🌿🧊

A refreshing summer drink loaded with cooling ingredients to fight fatigue, dehydration & body heat ☀️💧

✨ Ingredients:
• 2 ice apples (taati munjalu)
• 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
• 1 tsp soaked sauf (fennel seeds)
• 1 tsp mishri
• 1 tbsp sabja seeds (basil seeds) soaked
• 2 tbsp tender coconut water
• Few rose petals or ½ tsp rose syrup
• Pinch of cardamom powder
• Few strands of saffron soaked in 1 tsp warm water
• 1 glass chilled water
• Ice cubes

✨ Method:

1. Blend ice apple, mint, soaked sauf, mishri and chilled water.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Add soaked sabja seeds, coconut water and saffron water.
4. Top with rose petals and a pinch of cardamom powder.
5. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
