Warm your body. Nourish your bones.
This ragi halwa is the perfect winter sweet — wholesome, filling & naturally sweetened 🌾

Why ragi in winter?

🧂 Quick Recipe

• Ragi flour – 2 tbsp
• Jaggery – 2 tbsp
• Water / milk – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Cashews & almonds – chopped
• Cardamom – a pinch

Method 👇
Dry roast ragi flour on low flame till aromatic.
Add liquid slowly, stirring continuously.
Mix in jaggery & cardamom.
Cook till thick & glossy.
Finish with ghee & dry fruits ✨

A warm, healing bowl made with gluten-free millets, protein-rich moong dal and iron-packed moringa. Light on the stomach, perfect for immunity & digestion 💚

🫕 Recipe

• ½ cup millet
• ½ cup moong dal
• 1 cup moringa leaves
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 4–4.5 cups water
• Salt

Tempering: Ghee, cumin, crushed pepper, ginger, green chilli, cashews, curry leaves.

Method:
1️⃣ Cook millet + dal with turmeric, salt & water until soft.
2️⃣ Lightly boil/sauté moringa leaves and mix in.
3️⃣ Add ghee tempering on top. Serve warm & creamy.

🌿 Basic Recipe:

1 tbsp gond
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp jaggery

Method:

A quick, clean and powerful pre/post-workout meal made with ragi malt, cocoa and nuts. Creamy, filling and perfect for muscle recovery!

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp ragi malt
• 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
• 1 scoop whey/plant protein
• 250–300 ml milk/almond milk
• 2 tbsp mixed nuts
• 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

How to make:
1️⃣ Make a smooth ragi slurry.
2️⃣ Add to warm milk and cook 2–3 mins.
3️⃣ Mix in cocoa + peanut butter.
4️⃣ Cool slightly and add protein powder.
5️⃣ Top with nuts. Done!
