Diet Plan which we recommend to our customers :
We do take care regarding the diet of our customers very carefully. We recommend people food which has less calories and high nutritional value, which makes them healthy.
For ur Breakfast :
1. Take a glass of luke warm water and Add 1 tsp honey & lemon juice (or) Green Tea
2. 1 glass milk (without sugar. Can have it with honey or dates) (or) 2 boiled eggs (or) Sprouts
3. Oats (or) corn flex (or) 2 idly (or) raagi java (or) Rice starch (or) 1 keera , 1 carrot and 1 cucumber (take all the 3 ingredients in the form juice)
For ur Lunch :
1. Have 1 cup of rice with 2 curries (try to have curries mentioned below)
2. Drumstick curry (or) dal (or) Ladies fingers curry (or) beans curry (or) radish curry (or) bitter gourd curry
3. Have instant pickles made of vegetables (or) green leafy vegetables
4. You must drink 1 or 2 glass of butter milk at the end
Note : Avoid curries prepared with high oil content. Avoid pickles which have been stored for many days.
In the Evening (instead of snack items) :
1. Have salads (or) seasonal fruits
For ur Dinner :
Women’s should have :
1. 2 chapatis (or) 2 pulkha
2. 1 cup curry
3. 1 glass butter milk
College girls should have :
1. 3 pulkhas or chapatis
2. 1 cup curry
Note : Always avoid having curries made of masalas and non-veg for ur dinner. Have non-veg in ur lunch, 2 times in a month.
