𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐨.

Because healing, real healing, takes time.

It doesn’t respond to urgency.
It doesn’t bloom under pressure.

Just like a flower🌷 it unfolds gently,
with the right conditions: space, safety, and patience.

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. 𝐈𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨.

🔅It deserves planning, presence, and care. not last-minute messages, midnight consults, or unpaid emotional labour.

As mental health professionals, we are always here to support people who need structured, ongoing care, whether it’s regular therapy, psychiatric support, or rehab when required. But healing still needs rhythm, not rush.

🔆 Because care without boundaries becomes burnout. And healing can’t be offered from an empty place.

𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫:

Don’t rush a bud open.
Healing takes its time.

Grateful to have presented a Keynote on Latest Trends in Mental Health at the International conference “Psychoanalysis in Life. Life in Psychoanalysis” in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The event honored the incredible Anna Kudiyarova, a pioneering psychoanalyst, scholar, and educator, on her 70th birthday. Her work reminds us that psychoanalysis is not just a method but a way of understanding the deeply human layers beneath our thoughts, symptoms, and relationships.

As we bring AI and immersive technologies into mental health care, it becomes even more important to stay grounded in the richness of human experience. Innovation must walk hand in hand with insight.

A heartfelt thank you 🙏🏼 to Gulzhan Amangeldinova, Bakhytzhan Zhanybekov and the organizers for their warm hospitality and for creating such a meaningful space for global dialogue.

Even after falling every day, I stand complete. Oh life, see, my spirit is greater than you.

It's a powerful statement about the human ability to rise above daily struggles.

Sunita Williams's extended space mission powerfully illustrated this sentiment. What began as an 8 day trip unexpectedly stretched into 9 months, demanding immense mental fortitude.

This experience highlights the crucial role mental resilience plays in navigating unforeseen circumstances. Just like Sunita and her crew, we all face unexpected "missions" in life.

Simple actions, like deep breaths when stressed, talking to a friend, or focusing on what we can control, build mental strength. These small steps help us "stand complete" even when facing daily setbacks.

Sunita's story isn't just about space; it’s a powerful example of mental resilience in action. By practicing these simple techniques, we can all strengthen our 'honsle | हौंसले' (spirit) and navigate life's challenges with greater ease, ultimately achieving our goals.

Landmark court ⚖️ ruling : No more denying insurance reimbursement for psychiatric treatment!

For years, mental health has been sidelined in corporate insurance policies. .official India Limited’s outdated policy rejected psychiatric treatment reimbursement, blatantly ignoring the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, which mandates equal treatment for mental and physical health conditions.

💡 But the Jharkhand High Court just changed the game! 💡

In a landmark ruling, the court struck down this discriminatory practice, ordering Bharat Coking Coal Limited (a subsidiary of Coal India) to reimburse a retired executive’s psychiatric treatment costs. A HUGE win for mental health rights! 🎉

As a Senior Psychiatrist at Manaha Clinic, I applaud this judgment. 🏛️ Mental health is health. Period. Companies can no longer hide behind archaic policies that deny care, reinforce stigma, and harm employees’ well-being.

So here’s my challenge to organizations still dragging their feet:

🛑 Are your policies still stuck in the past?
✅ Or will you step up and ensure fair, equal treatment for mental health?

We all have moments ✋🏼 in life where the waves crash over us, and we feel lost at sea. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to navigate those turbulent 🌊 waters. This image serves as a powerful reminder that even when we’re forced to pause, we can still find the strength to mend our nets, preparing for the calmer seas ahead.

Just like these fishermen 🎣 we can use these times to reflect, heal ❤️‍🩹 and emerge stronger.

We are celebrating not only our Patient’s birthday 🎈 but his courageous decision to try something new and making it successful for him. After completing 10+ sessions of neuromodulation therapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), his obsessive thoughts and anxiety have significantly decreased. 🎉

Despite limited progress with medication and hesitance toward psychotherapy for a while, he opted for 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒂𝒈𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑺𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (TMS). In just two weeks, the results were remarkable - proving that new approaches and with firm belief, one can truly see a difference.

For those curious, TMS is a non-invasive therapy that uses magnetic pulses to activate specific areas of the brain, offering an alternative treatment for those with OCD who haven’t found success with other options. Here is an article on International OCD Foundation website for further reading: https://iocdf.org/about-ocd/treatment/tms/

At Manaha Clinic, we are here to celebrate every milestone in the journey to mental well-being. Contact us on +91 96766-45628 if you need further information about treatments available at Manaha.
