𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐨.
Because healing, real healing, takes time.
It doesn’t respond to urgency.
It doesn’t bloom under pressure.
Just like a flower🌷 it unfolds gently,
with the right conditions: space, safety, and patience.
𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. 𝐈𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨.
🔅It deserves planning, presence, and care. not last-minute messages, midnight consults, or unpaid emotional labour.
As mental health professionals, we are always here to support people who need structured, ongoing care, whether it’s regular therapy, psychiatric support, or rehab when required. But healing still needs rhythm, not rush.
🔆 Because care without boundaries becomes burnout. And healing can’t be offered from an empty place.
𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫:
Don’t rush a bud open.
Healing takes its time.
