Health awareness post : Stomach Problems

60 Year / female came with septic shock and lower limb cellulits with early features of compartment syndrome , she is having history of loss of appetite, vomiting & recent history of high grade fever . Past history of peripheral arterial disease with atherosclerosis of both lower limb arteries . BP: 60/40 , WBC count : 38, 700 CRP -181, AKI , deranged LFT admitted to our hospital .On day 4 patient patient discharged with vital stable . All managed conservatively.
Patient referred to higher centre by somebody but relatives came to us and trusted our care .
