Half teaspoon per day for first 10 days. If there is no change, only then increase the dose to one teaspoon. This medicine should not be given to (contraindicated) those patients who have severe asthma, heart attack, convulsion and liver disorders. This medicine can be given to the patient daily at any one time mixed with food knowingly or unknowingly.
