In observance of World Hearing Day 2025, a Walkathon under the theme "Changing Mindsets" was organized by The National Program for Prevention and Control of Deafness (NPPCD) supported by ABDM Manipur on 29th March 2025. It not only raised awareness about hearing health but also encouraged people to adopt positive mindsets regarding hearing impairment.

The Program was graced by the Hon'ble Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Manipur, Dr. Sapam Ranjan Singh as the Chief guest on 3rd January 2025 at Classic Grande, Chingmeirong. He also appealed to the participants to be aggressive in taking the required steps for the transformation of Digital Healthcare in our state through ABDM.

It is important to note that creating ABHA will not guarantee enrollment in AB-PMJAY rather ABHA will serve as your unique health ID where all your health related information can be stored and managed effectively. AB-PMJAY can be applied for separately if the criteria for enrollment is met.
