*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our diagnostic services and drive business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
- Promote our diagnostic services through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and events
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with our medical team to develop and promote new diagnostic services

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
