Capping or crown placement is compulsory for almost all tooth that have been RCT(Root canal treatment) treated. Tooth fracture is quite common in such cases where a crown was not placed after RCT. In many of such fracture cases, the tooth often needs to be removed completely if the fracture involves the root portion of the tooth, making the RCT procedure, a painful time-consuming and costly procedure completely pointless.

Fortunately, for this case the root was intake and the tooth was able to be restored successfully
