A) Organization Context:

This position will primarily lead the full spectrum of unit-level HR function that includes the entire employee life-cycle management and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
B) Job Purpose/Objective:
To streamline and lead the HR Operations for the unit with focus on managing talent acquisition, talent development and talent management and ownership of adherence to compliance.
C) Key Deliverables:
1. Talent Acquisition & On-boarding: Take ownership of entire talent acquisition, both clinical and
non-clinical, for the unit as per the defined process and ensure a positive on-boarding process for the new employees
2. Talent Development: To closely work with the internal LMS team for the purpose of driving L&D interventions with an objective to upskill the team at the unit with focus on patient care.
3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements: To take the responsibility of ensuring 100% compliance with the applicable labour laws for the unit and liaison with the local authorities as appropriate.
4. Employee Engagement: To design, plan and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives, including being a point of contact for addressing employee issues, to achieve the overall organisation objective of making the unit a great place to work.
5. Support Accreditations: To provide support and work closely with the internal team for the purpose of readiness for accreditation such as NABH, NABL etc. at the unit level.

F) Desired Profile:
A person with a Masters in HRM or PGDM/MBA-HR and a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience as a HRBP or a leading the HR function at a Unit Level preferably from healthcare sector will be suitable.
