BABINA Diagnostics BABINA Diagnostics is the first NABL accredited laboratory in North East India. Established in 1983, it is the biggest diagnostic centre in Eastern India.

Established in 1983 as a small scale diagnostic clinic, the centre has now evolved into a multifarious diagnostic laboratory with facilities for a wide range of routine as well as sophisticated tests along with Radiological investigations. The services of the centre are also available all over the Northeastern states of India through a network of collection centers and Joint Ventures. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the centre is already a household name in the entire North-East and has earned the reputation of having an unwavering commitment to quality. Operating from two locations – the old centre at RIMS Road, Imphal West and the new centre at Porompat, Imphal East, BABINA Diagnostics is the biggest diagnostic centre in Eastern India.

BABINA Hospital increases treatment concession for journalists to 20%

As a New Year goodwill gesture recognising the vital role of the media, BABINA Hospital has enhanced its treatment concession for journalists from 10% to 20%, effective immediately.

The announcement was made during the Media Interaction & New Year Courtesy Meet held at the hospital board room on Friday by BABINA Group of Companies Chairman and Managing Director, Dr Th. Dhabali Singh. He also confirmed that the 30% discount on diagnostic services for journalists at BABINA Diagnostics continues.

Dr Dhabali stated that BABINA Hospital and BABINA Diagnostics have consistently extended support to journalists in appreciation of their contribution to public awareness and responsible reporting. He added that the hospital aims to emerge as one of the leading healthcare institutions in the Northeast by offering comprehensive, accessible, and affordable medical services.

Extending New Year greetings, Dr Dhabali wished journalists good health, encouraged them to avail the subsidised medical facilities when needed, and expressed hope for peace and stability in the region in the year ahead.

New Year gifts were also distributed to journalists present at the interaction.
