Cheese sticks - Great appetizer for party

Ingredients -

For wontons wrapper:

1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp refine oil or melted butter
Pinch of salt

For filling:

8 sticks of cheese
Oil for frying

To prepare:

Add all the wrapper ingredients and knead it well into a dough. Take the dough and roll it out into thin sheet of large rectangle and then cut into small rectangles. The dough will lead to about 7 to 8 sticks depending on the size of the sheets you roll out. Now take one cheese sticks and lay it in one of the small rectangle sheet. Manage the size of the cheese smaller than the sheets by few inches near the edges (this is to prevent the cheese filling from seeping out during frying). Fold in the two sides and roll up the wrapper tightly to form a roll. Seal it with some water on the side and deep dry them over medium heat until golden brown. Drain the rolls on paper towels and serve.

Chocolate coated strawberries - so easy to make and so beautiful + delicious treats!

Ingredients:

20 - 25 fresh strawberries
2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (use original without any nuts or raisins)
1/2 cup white chocolate (for drizzling)
chocolate sprinklers

** white chocolate and sprinklers are optional as you preferred.

To prepare:

First wash the strawberry to get rid of any dust or mud and pat dry gently. Let it be with the stems for easy handling. Now plu the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. The chocolate will start to melt from the heat. Stir occasionally. When all the chocolates are fully melted carefully remove from the heat and stir until very smooth.

Now take the strawberries and holding at the bottom dip the bottom half of each strawberry one by one and place it on a tray cover with wax paper or covered with butter evenly so it won't be hard to remove later. Refrigerate until the chocolate become very firm.

Be patience and wait till it completely hardens :)!!

This is a perfect treat to gift to a friend or share with your loved ones. Just put in a fancy box and you are good to go!!

Enjoy and Happy Friday!!

1 tbsp ✿Sake(optional)
1 tbsp ✿Sesame oil
1 tsp ✿ Sugar
1 ✿Garlic
1 ✿ Ginger juice or grated ginger
2 tablespoon Corn flour (enough to coat the chicken)

Remove the extra fat off the chicken, and cut into a bite size pieces.
Combine the ingredients marked ✿ in a plastic bag or bowl and mix well and marinade for about 4 hrs and refrigerate.
Remove from the refrigerator and let it sit for 15 minutes. After that, coat it with the corn flour evenly.

Heat oil in a wok or pan and Deep fry. Be careful of the splatter.
Take them out of the oil before they’re cooked through, and leave them for 5 minutes. And deep fry them again for 2 minutes. While you leave them for 5 minutes, they’re cooked with the residual heat, so it should be fine to fry them for a short time the 2nd time.

After the second time it will become more crispy.

Serve with lemon wedges or soy sauce.

A great sides to enjoy with drinks or tea!!

Enjoy!
