We are delighted to share that Dr. Samina Zamindar received the Best Paper Presentation Award at the prestigious VISION 2020: The Right to Sight – India 19th Annual Conference 2025 held in Ahmedabad.

The award-winning study focused on Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREM) for cataract surgery safety – an innovative tool designed to improve patient safety by identifying gaps in clinical care through patient feedback.

Dr. Samina was the Principal Investigator for this study conducted across 15 leading eye hospitals in India, and she gratefully accepted this award on behalf of all the co-investigators and participating centres.

We are proud to be part of this important step towards making eye care more inclusive, accessible, and patient-centric.
