When a headache signals something more.
Mrs. Rinku Rani Guha from Bangladesh endured six months of persistent headaches before she reached Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. Investigations revealed a large Skull Base Tumor.
I had the privilege of performing the Anterior Skull Base Surgery that led to her full recovery. Today, she’s pain-free and living life on her terms again.
If you or someone you know is facing unexplained symptoms, don’t ignore them. Early diagnosis can make all the difference.

When The Human Body Goes Hungry, It Begins To Heal Itself
Fasting triggers an extraordinary biological process called autophagy—your body’s natural method of cleansing itself from the inside out.
When food is scarce, your cells shift gears. Instead of digesting new nutrients, they break down and recycle old, damaged, or malfunctioning components—including sick, cancerous, Alzheimer’s-linked, and aging cells.
This process doesn't just clean; it repairs, rejuvenates, and protects.
This is not a fad—it’s science. Autophagy earned the 2016 Nobel Prize in Medicine for its role in cellular health and disease prevention.
It’s been linked to lower risks of cancer, neurodegeneration, and type 2 diabetes.
After 14–16 hours of fasting, your body activates deep repair mode—clearing out cellular junk like toxic proteins and defective mitochondria. Think of it as a biological spring cleaning.
Even occasional 24-hour fasts can reset your metabolism, fuel your body with recycled nutrients, and trigger powerful anti-aging and healing effects.
While fasting isn't for everyone—and should be avoided or modified under medical guidance—for many healthy adults, it may be one of the most powerful natural healing mechanisms we’ve overlooked.
